Key Responsibilities:
- Outstanding Care and Education: Deliver high-quality care and educational opportunities to children, meeting their individual needs and promoting their growth across emotional, social, and intellectual areas.
- Curriculum Implementation: Lead the implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring that children’s learning experiences are rich, varied, and tailored to their individual interests and developmental needs.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Work closely with our Nursery Leadership Team to ensure excellence in practice across the nursery, acting as a role model, mentor, and coach for fellow team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Support your team in delivering exceptional care, while actively seeking opportunities for professional development and sharing best practices.
- Family Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s development and learning progress.
