Honeybear Nursery Supports Team’s Mental Health
We are keen to support our team members with their mental health and wellbeing. We have therefore signed up to the Government’s initiative, Able Futures.
Able Futures provides employers with a confidential service designed around employees’ needs and daily routine. It also offers advice, practical support and internal promotion materials to raise awareness of the service within the business.
Employees who access the service will be supported by a qualified health care professional, who will:
Help them build a support plan that suits the employee’s needs and daily routine
Meet the employee face-to-face or talk over the phone
Connect the employee to local specialist support organisations
Give the employee access to a free online hub, where they can find advice on coping with mental health conditions
Guarantee a 100% confidential service. The employer, friends or family will not know unless the employee decides to tell them.
